Assistant Head: Strategic Projects, IT and Innovation

I was responsible for driving the institution’s growth and digital transformation. I have successfully implemented strategic initiatives to enhance the administrative, organizational, communicative, IT and educational aspects of the college.

Successfully led the It and digital transformation of St Bede’s College, resulting in recognition as a Google Reference School.
Implemented a 1:1 Chromebook programme to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Developed and executed a comprehensive IT strategy to support the school’s academic and operational goals based on SaaS and Cloud based strategy.
Fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration among staff.
Implemented processes automation in operational and cross department tasks reducing time on recurring tasks by introducing AI and Google Apps Scripts.
Redefined the admissions process by implementing a new SaaS platform and creating a zero-friction digital process from lead to sale.
Collaborated with the Parentes Foundation International Educational Network to share best practices and expertise in digital transformation with the rest of the schools of the International Network.
Provided technical support and training to faculty and staff related to use of Chromebooks, Google Workspace for Education and other digital tools.
